Terms & Conditions

Pricing & Registration:

  • Conference Fees: INR. 25,000 per participant

    • GST @ 18% is applicable on all the registrations.

Note:

  • To do bulk registrations via PR/PO process, kindly email us at sapalmsummit@shobizresponse.com with marking a cc to sap.almsummit.apj@sap.com

  • Your registration is not complete until payment is received.

  • The participant fee covers attendance of presentations, hands-on sessions, exhibition, conference hand-outs, refreshments and meals as specified in the agenda.

  • The cost for travel, accommodation and other expenses are to be borne by the participant.

Refund, Substitution & Cancellation Policy

Refund:

Registration fees once remitted would not be refunded/reversed under any circumstances.

Substitution:

It is possible to replace the originally registered participant with business colleague/co-worker from the same organization by 07th July 2023. In this case, please inform us by sending a note to sapalmsummit@shobizresponse.com.

Cancellation of the Event

SAP is entitled to cancel the event if it cannot be held due to force majeure, if venue is unavailable at short notice, or if there are not enough participants to cover costs. Force majeure is to be assumed if SAP is prevented from providing the service by an external event that cannot be foreseen even with the utmost care that could reasonably be expected given the situation and could not be prevented with economically viable means, e.g Natural disasters, political crisis situations (e.g. war), terrorist conflicts, strikes as well as epidemics, pandemics, epidemics and comparable situations.

In the event that SAP has to shorten or cancel the event that has already started due to force majeure, the participant is not entitled to a refund of the participation fee already paid.

In the event of cancellation, the participant will receive the relevant information immediately and within 14 days a refund of the participation fee already paid. SAP will not assume any costs incurred by the participant due to possible expenses, such as travel and hotel expenses, or due to lost working hours.

COVID-19 Guidance

Please note that on-site attendance is voluntary. SAP does not assume any responsibility with respect to COVID-19 or any other health status. We will continue to monitor the situation. Revisions of this information and requirements can be made at its sole discretion, with no additional liability, and may also be made to align with updated guidance from local laws and regulations and SAP’s respective local COVID-19 regulations.

Recording

We intend to take photos and video recordings during the SAP ALM Summit APJ 2023. The SAP Privacy Statement explains how SAP handles the personal data collected from the participants. If you do not agree and want to make use of your right of withdrawal, please send us written information to email sapalmsummit@shobizresponse.com.
